Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Tournament Cancellations by Organizer
In the rare event that Kick Prox cancels or indefinitely postpones a scheduled match or tournament pool (due to server issues, scheduling conflicts, or insufficient registrations), all registered participants will receive a **100% full refund** of their Entry Fee.
Refunds will be processed automatically back to the original payment source (credit card, bank account, or wallet) used at checkout.
2. Participant Withdrawals
Because slot allocations are limited (e.g. 4 players in Super 4 and 16 players in Super 16) and lock out other potential competitors, registrations are generally **non-refundable** once submitted and processed.
However, if you request cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled tournament start time, you may contact support at support@kickprox.in to request a partial refund or transfer your entry slot to an upcoming match.
3. Player Disqualifications
If a player is disqualified from a tournament due to cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, missing match timelines, or entering invalid game credentials, their registration fee is completely **forfeited**, and they are not eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Processing Timeframe
Once a refund request is approved by the Kick Prox compliance team or triggered by a tournament cancellation, it will be credited back to your account.
Under Paytm's processing guidelines, refunds take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your original payment source.
