1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and registering for any Kick Prox match, tournament, or pool, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the website or participate in our events.

2. Eligibility

Participation in Kick Prox matches is open to individuals who are residents of India and are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if minor). You must possess a valid eFootball Mobile Game UID to register and compete.

3. Registration & Fees

To enter a match, you must register through our website, provide accurate personal details (Name, Email, Game UID), and pay the specified Entry Fee. The Entry Fee is listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and must be paid using the provided secure checkout portal (powered by Paytm).

Your registration is only confirmed once we receive successful payment confirmation from our payment processors.

4. Code of Conduct

All tournament players are expected to display sportsmanlike behavior. Hacking, cheating, exploiting bugs, using third-party modifications, or abusing tournament coordinators will lead to immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize money.

5. Prize Distribution

Prize pools are determined and published for each match individually. Winners will be contacted via the registered WhatsApp Group or email. Prize money transfers will be processed directly to the player's bank account or digital wallet within 3 working days of tournament completion.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or tournament participations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
